What Med+ is
WeightWatchers Clinic is the affiliated medical group used for WeightWatchers clinical services. Med+ is the paid membership that combines access to clinical care with the WeightWatchers behavior, nutrition, activity, and community program.
The agreement identifies several affiliated medical entities collectively as WW Clinic Providers. The healthcare services are provided by independent licensed practitioners. Eligibility and a prescription are not guaranteed.
Current membership structure
The pages checked on August 25, 2026 displayed the following Med+ structure:

Promotions can vary by landing page and expiration date. The $25 amount should not be treated as a permanent stand-alone monthly price.
Medication is usually a separate cost
WeightWatchers states that the cost of GLP-1 medication is not included in the Med+ membership. Its care team may help with insurance coverage, prior authorization, and refills. Copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or self-pay medication charges may still apply.
Current official pages discuss or provide pathways for medications such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Saxenda, and oral options. Their regulatory status is not interchangeable:
- Wegovy and Zepbound have FDA-approved weight-management indications.
- Ozempic and Mounjaro are approved for type 2 diabetes and may be used off-label for weight management when a provider decides it is appropriate.
- A medication appearing on a page does not guarantee prescription, insurance coverage, or availability.
WeightWatchers also describes certain non-GLP-1 oral pathways. Do not assume every oral medication is included; inclusion can depend on the prescription, program, and use of the designated pharmacy.
Example self-pay pricing language
The Ozempic page reviewed displayed self-pay starting prices of $149/month for a pill option and $199 for initial injectable-pen fills, plus the separate Med+ fee. It also disclosed higher later-dose or later-fill prices and offer deadlines. Those figures are product- and promotion-specific, not a universal WeightWatchers medication price.
The membership price and medication price must be added together. Insurance support is not the same as guaranteed coverage.
What the program includes
WeightWatchers describes telehealth clinician access, regular clinical follow-up, dietitian access, the WW app, Points tracking, recipes, activity content, workshops, and the Connect community. Exact frequency and availability can vary by service and plan.
Cancellation and commitment
The clinic agreement says a long-term commitment generally remains payable through the end of its commitment period. Requesting cancellation can stop a future renewal, but does not necessarily erase the monthly payments still due under the current 6- or 12-month term.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing or commitment period has started. The agreement describes limited exceptions, including some medically required cancellations. Initial consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
What to verify before paying
- Whether the displayed offer is for six or twelve months.
- The total commitment amount, not only the first-month promotion.
- Whether the plan renews for another commitment or converts to another rate.
- The medication cost after insurance, manufacturer offers, and dose changes.
- Whether a pharmacy or medication pathway is available in your state.
- When a cancellation request becomes effective.
