How it works
Pallas Health is a telehealth service for weight care, operated by Brentmoor, Inc. Care is provided by independent US-licensed clinicians contracted through Pallas’s clinical partner network; they review each intake and decide whether a prescription is appropriate. Pallas publicly lists board-certified clinicians and the compounding pharmacies it works with on its clinical page. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Medications and FDA status
Pallas offers both brand-name and compounded medications. FDA status differs by product:
- Wegovy® and Zepbound® are brand-name medications approved by the FDA for chronic weight management, within their approved indications.
- Ozempic® and Mounjaro® are approved by the FDA for type 2 diabetes and may be prescribed off-label for weight management when a clinician judges it appropriate.
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are, in Pallas’s own words, not FDA-approved, not generic versions of brand-name drugs, and not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.

Pallas describes the compounded prices as all-in, covering provider visits, follow-ups, unlimited messaging, dose adjustments, and free shipping, with no separate membership or platform fee. Billing is a recurring subscription charged every 12 weeks until you cancel.
Insurance and availability
Pallas is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance. It states that it servesall 50 states and Washington, DC, subject to clinical eligibility, pharmacy coverage, and current capacity, so availability for a specific treatment can vary. Confirm for your state on the provider’s website.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Pallas describes a full refund if a clinician declines the prescription or an order is unfulfilled. Once medication has been dispensed and shipped it isnon-refundable, and cancellation refunds are reduced by payment-processing costs and a small per-payment processing fee.
