If a clinician declines to prescribe after payment, the terms promise a full refund to the original payment method. A cancellation request, a provider-decline refund, and a return after shipment are three different events; do not treat “cancel anytime” as an unconditional refund promise.

HealthRX presents this as a cash-pay pathway and says it serves adults 18+ in all 50 states. Product and pharmacy availability can still vary by state and clinical eligibility.
The site displays LegitScript certificate 50087439 and says a licensed Section 503A pharmacy prepares prescriptions. We found the certificate link, but did not independently verify the dispensing pharmacy name or registration in this review.
