How it works

Found Health is a telehealth platform for weight management. The identified legal entity is Found Health, Inc. Prescribing decisions are made by medical providers; a clinician reviews each case and decides whether treatment is appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Medications and FDA status

Found lists a range of medications. Their FDA status differs by product:

• Brand-name, FDA-approved for weight management: for example Wegovy®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, and Contrave®.
• Approved for another indication, sometimes prescribed off-label: for example Ozempic® and Mounjaro® (approved for type 2 diabetes), among others.
• Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide:not FDA-approved and not generic versions of any brand-name drug.
• Listed but not guaranteed: a medication being listed does not mean it is available or appropriate for you; that is a provider decision.

Brand-name GLP-1 medications are generally billed separately from the CORE and PLUS subscriptions below.

Pricing

Found runs several distinct plan families. Keep them separate: the compounded offer prices are not the price of a CORE or PLUS care subscription.

What is included

Care subscriptions cover clinician access and a behavior-change program. In the compounded offers, the medication is included in the plan price. Brand-name GLP-1s and labs are generally separate. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. For compounded tirzepatide, Found displays a boxed warning about the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors; this is a warning shown by Found, not an FDA approval of the compound.

Insurance, payment, and Medicare

The PLUS subscription itself is not covered by insurance; copays, coinsurance, deductibles, medications, and labs may be additional. Found also presents the federal Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program, under which some eligible Medicare Part D members may pay as little as $50 per month for certain brand-name GLP-1s. Coverage is not guaranteed; this is a Medicare program price, not a general Found price.

Cancellation and refund

• A cancellation request is processed within 24 hours.
• You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; renewal payments are non-refundable.
• A subscription refund is possible if you cancel within three days of the original purchase, or before your first medical consultation.
• A full refund applies if you are medically disqualified from all treatment.
• Medications and kits are non-refundable once dispensed or shipped, and initial commitment payments are generally non-refundable per the terms.

Found recommends cancelling or pausing at least 48 hours before renewal.
